Completing Scheduled Jobs (Part 2)

NOTE: This section only applies if you had selected Option 4- 'Get Customers for Selected Jobs’.

The next page in the wizard allows you to select the job, or jobs, that you want the wizard to get customers for.

Note, you can select as many jobs as you want. To select a job, simply double-click the mouse button on the desired job. After you have selected the jobs click the wizard's Next button.

NOTE: This applies to all options from the first page of the wizard.

The last page of the wizard allows you to narrow down the customer search. You can have the wizzard get all customers, a category of customers or customers in certain crews and zones.

This feature allows you to work with smaller lists if your company has many customers.

After you click the wizard's Next button, the wizard's review page will be displayed. From that page you will click the Finish button. Office Express will then gather the customers that were requested.
