Missing Customers When Completing Work or Printing WorkordersThis normally happens only when people first begin using Office Express. Though scheduling jobs for customers is not that hard, it is one of the more complex concepts of the software. Also, when scheduling many jobs for many customers mistakes will be made, it's just the odds. For example, if you just scheduled 1000 jobs and you entered 99% correctly, that still leaves 10 mistakes. Here's what to look for... NOTE: You will edit the customer's scheduled job to analyze the data. If the job is a repeating job, like a weekly maintenance, check if the Next Date is blank or the Next Date is in the future. For all jobs check: 1. if the job is on hold then take the job off hold. 2. if the Countdown is 0. When the countdown is 0, Office Express assumes the job is done for the year. 3. The next date is in the future. For jobs that are done once per year, take out the next date, it is not needed. That's all there is.
