Scheduling Jobs Part 3The next page in the wizard is the Routing Information
page. Unless you already have your routes decided, you can skip these fields.
Office Express has a Routing
Feature that allows you to route all your customers at
the same time. Defining a Print Order- The Print Order controls the order jobs will print on a contract. By default Office Express sorts the jobs alphabetically which forces Fall Clean Up to print before Spring Cleanup (F comes before S). The Print Order field allows you to assign numbers to your jobs so that you can have them print in the order you want. The jobs with lower numbers will print first while the jobs assigned higher numbers will print last. For more information about Print Orders and Defining Contracts, click here... The Notes that
Print on Workorders field is a useful field for
alerting the worker who will be doing the job of certain important items. The last page of the wizard allows you to enter any
private notes you want to keep about this job. These notes can be reminders,
phone numbers to call, etc. When you click
the Next button from this page in the wizard, you’ll see a review
page. Click the Finish button and you’re done! For scheduling shortcuts click here...
